January 13th: Off Day

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD
B-fast:
Kellogg's Vanilla Almond cereal, Yo+ Cherry yogurt
Lunch: Sweet Tomatoes salad (tons of veggies), split pea soup, small blueberry muffin
Dinner: homemade beef chili with a little cheddar cheese and low fat sour cream, 2 crescent rolls (1 with honey), saltines (about 15), 1 Michelob Ultra (grapefruit flavor)

JOURNAL
Technically, I've already done 4 days of a "full workout". I deserved this day off. No guilt, but my back hurts, so I probably should have done at least PBS. My mom was in town and we spent most of the day together. Dinner was fabulous! I'm going to eat it again tomorrow, only minus the carbs.
