The Pacific soup was good. I could eat the Pacific brand for breakfast it's so smooth.
My body wants to move daily now. This morning I stretched out a little bit, but didn't have time for PBS or brushing. It seems like I always run slower on Monday mornings.

Okay, so I didn't do TI all the way through. I feel like going to bed now. This weather makes me want to curl up and hibernate. Good night!
