Simple Harvest Vanilla, Almond & Honey oatmeal, coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch: organic creamy broccoli soup (yucky), carrots and hummus
Snack: yellow apple and peanut butter
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, 1 slice bacon, mac n' cheese

Foot pads are still brown. I'm feeling guilty after not completing TI last night. I just feel drained and sleepy. What's going on?
