January 19th: Off Day

Yo+ cherry yogurt, 1/2 cup Kellogg's Cinnamon Pecan cereal -- then a few hours later: egg whites, 2 slices of bacon
Lunch: leftover black beans and rice
Snack: 3 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies
Dinner: California Pizza Kitchen chicken garlic thin crust 3 slices, ceasar salad

My head is killing me this morning. I think I need to up my water after STTM and detox with salt baths.

Kinoki foot pads are still dark, but I used all of them already. I'll probably try them again next month.
