B-fast: Spiru-tein strawberry shake with 2%
Lunch: 1 egg + egg whites, 2 slices maple bacon, 2 cups coffee with sugar and 2%
Snack: fresh and hot french bread (about 3 pieces)
Dinner: chicken chili, low fat sour cream, onion flavored saltines
Dessert: 1.5 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies (these need to leave my house)

I got another great workout today and worked up a nice sweat. My legs feel like jello. Measurements haven't changed yet. It might be due to the cookies and bacon (both very high in fat). I think I'm going to switch to turkey bacon.
I bought a juicer online today! I can't wait for it to arrive, so I can make morning and afternoon veggie mixers packed full of nutrients and GM goodness. Yum!
