January 21st: Off Day

FOOD
B-fast:
Kellogg's Cinnamon Pecan cereal with 2% (reminds me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch), coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch: Health Valley Vegetarian Black Bean Chunky Chili (not as good as mine, couldn't finish half a can)
Snack: tortilla chips and hummus
Dinner: half a California Pizza Kitchen thin crust chicken garlic pizza (yeah, it was so good)
