NEW Tempo 8

FOOD
B-fast:
2 eggs scrambled, water with lemon, coffee with cream and sugar
Lunch: Kashi Sweet & Sour Chicken (frozen meal, sort of cheat)
Snack: a bite of a cupcake (very tiny bite)
Dinner: 4 small slices of California Pizza Kitchen garlic chicken pizza, salad with Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette
Dessert: Cold Stone Founder's Favorite Love It (free for my birthday, so not worth it)

I really like the new Tempo 8. Front Lunges are w-a-y s-l-o-w!!! I didn't finish the whole thing, but that's okay. Any movement is good at this point.
