FOOD: GM Day
B-fast:
8 oz fresh juice (2 carrots, 1/2 celery bunch, 1/2 container blueberries, 1/2 green apple), Spriu-tein vanilla shake with Smart Balance skim milk
Snack: whole grapefruit
Lunch: same as yesterday (so good)
Snack: Smart Balance skim milk with chocolate syrup (not really GM, but better than a brownie), a few chocolate covered almonds (so bad)
Dinner: 1 can white albacore tuna + salad

I'm feeling better today. My eye isn't as sore, but still a little red on the lower half. I think Roxy must've scratched it (when she jumped on me while I was laying on the couch). She gets rambunctious! Breakfast was delicious. I should make fresh fruit/veggie juice every morning.
