Last night while surfing the web I came across the USDA Pyramid Tracker (www.mypyramidtracker.gov). This website allows you to sign up for free and then "track" the foods you eat and exercise you do each day. It then calculates the daily values of what you ate and gives a comparison to what they actually recommend and shows.
I started last night and want to track my eating and exercise for the next week, and then I'll post the results. It didn't like that I went grain free yesterday. Guess I should try to get some brown rice in there on GM days. We'll see what happens!
