Spiru-tein vanilla and green drink with 1/2 banana and 1% milk, Colonix with V8 juice
Lunch: Chicken Hummus Salad (shredded chicken, hummus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spinach, zucchini, yellow squash, a little Italian dressing)
Snack: 1 marshmallow peep (I cheated, but not that bad. They are so cute.)
Dinner: turkey burger salad (turkey, ranch seasoning, lettuce, cucumbers, green onions, a little sharp cheddar, mayo and spicy mustard)

JOURNAL
My eye is much better today. Although vision is still blurry and it's red... I can almost see straight and don't have a pounding headache. Thinking *good thoughts* about healthy eyes. :)
