Lunch: ceasar salad with croutons, Pacific Roasted Pepper Tomato soup
Snack: banana, plain organic yogurt, raw almond butter, a little honey
Dinner: homemade turkey chili

JOURNAL
T-Tapp Broom is great. My muscles were quivering! It's amazing how much more you work the body when just holding the T-Tapp Stance. I only made it to the first water break in the Broom Workout section. I'm going to bed.
