T-Tapp 2008 60-Day Challenge



Summer is coming and it’s time to shape up! T-Tapp is starting a new 60-Day Challenge that will run April 11 – June 11, 2008. Kitty Eatherly, T-Tapp’s Publicist, is managing this year’s 60-Day Challenge. Full rules and support are available through Kitty’s email (Kitala@aol.com) and on the T-Tapp Forums.


CHALLENGE PRIZES

The T-Tapp Safety Harbor Retreat will be held October 2-5, 2008. All winners attending the retreat are required to have later afternoon or evening flights out on Sunday or early morning Monday. Professional photos will be taken on Sunday, October 5 and this insures that you will be available for these photos.

There will be one winner and one runner up in each category. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the winners of each category.

Grand Prize Winner will be flown to Tampa, Florida and receive the entire retreat FREE. This will include airfare to and from Tampa, Florida, the cost of the retreat including hotel*, the group meal and professional photo shoot. Any incidental expenses, including other meals, are the winner’s responsibility.

Category Winners will receive the retreat free including hotel*, group meal and professional photo shoot. Transportation to and from Florida is at the winner’s expense as are any other incidentals, including other meals.

Category Runner Ups will receive the retreat at ½ price. This will be one half of the "early bird" price – not the price that will be in effect at the end of the contest.

*All hotel rooms will be assigned on a double basis. Winners may upgrade to a private room by covering the difference between a shared and private room.

**T-Tapp reserves the right to select more than one winner in any category including Grand Prize.


CHALLENGE CATEGORIES

LESS TO LOSE
You have 1 or less size to lose. You can use any T-Tapp Workout or combinations of T-Tapp workouts that you choose. Although we would prefer that you ONLY use T-Tapp and/or walking, treadmill or elliptical, please do note if you do any other type of workout program during the 60-Day Challenge.

AVERAGE TO LOSE
You have 2-3 sizes to lose. You may use any/all T-Tapp workouts or combinations of T-Tapp workouts that you choose. Although we would prefer that you ONLY use T-Tapp and/or walking, treadmill or elliptical, please do note if you do any other type of workout program during the 60-Day Challenge.

MORE TO LOSE
You have 4 or more sizes to lose. You may use any/all T-Tapp workouts or combinations of T-Tapp workouts that you choose. Although we would prefer that you ONLY use T-Tapp and/or walking, treadmill or elliptical, please do note if you do any other type of workout program during the 60-Day Challenge.

BASIC PLUS/SATI/SITTM/TAPPCORE
You can enter this category no matter how many inches or clothing sizes you feel you need to lose, but you can ONLY use these workouts – no other T-Tapp workouts can be used. You CAN use a treadmill, elliptical or walk outdoors.

TOTAL WORKOUT
You can enter this category no matter how many inches or clothing sizes you feel you need to lose, but you can ONLY use the following T-Tapp workouts: Instructional 1, Instructional 2, Total Workout - Beginner/Rehab, T-Tapp to Tempo, Tempo Intermediate, Basic Plus, Step Away the Inches, Step it to the Max. You CAN use a treadmill, elliptical or walk outdoors.

T-TAPP MORE
You can enter this category no matter how many inches or clothing sizes you feel you need to lose, but you can ONLY use the following T-Tapp Workouts – any/all of the T-Tapp MORE workouts. This would mean that the ONLY version of SATI you can use is the T-Tapp MORE version. You CAN use a treadmill, elliptical or walk outdoors.

MENS DIVISION
You can enter this category if you are a man no matter how many inches or clothing sizes you want to lose. While we prefer that you only use T-Tapp workouts during this challenge, please note any other workouts that you do at any point. You CAN use a treadmill, elliptical or walk outdoors.

YOUTH DIVISION
You must be 20 years old or under to enter this category. You can enter this category no matter how many inches or clothing sizes you feel you need to lose and you can utilize any/every T-Tapp workout that you choose. Although we would prefer that you ONLY use T-Tapp and/or walking, treadmill or elliptical, please do note if you do any other type of workout program during the 60-Day Challenge.

HEALTH IMPROVEMENT
You can enter this category in ADDITION to one of the workout categories listed above or you can choose to ONLY enter this category. Please be sure and list all your health issues in your entry so that we know, going in, what areas you are looking for improvement in. Relief of pain or chronic pain or illnesses would be included in this category.
