5:30pm: 1/2 cup organic nonfat vanilla yogurt with Grape Nuts cereal
8:00pm: turkey burger salad (turkey patty, lettuce, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, a little mayo/mustard)

Trying this new time thing for my foods now.

Last night I didn't get a workout in. Unfortunately. Instead I cleaned most of my apartment and read a new book. It was nice! I want to start doing more reading. It's fun to escape into a book for a while. Tonight I still need to finish the laundry and do some more things around the place. I'm actually MOVING to a fabulous new apartment on June 6th and SUPER excited about it!! This new place has so much more to offer... even an urban vegetable garden! Oooh... I can't wait. :)
