Snack: Special K strawberry snack bar, 2 tbsp organic crunchy peanut butter
Dinner: tuna steak with brown rice and broccoli, 3 slices of whole wheat toast with butter

JOURNAL
I'm starting to see a pattern with weekends. I am not a "weekend warrior" - blazing new trails of workouts in my down time. Seems like almost every weekend I take time off of exercise... when I should really focus on making it a part of my daily life.
