Mini Workout

FOOD
B-fast:
Grape nuts and granola with 1%, coffee with plain soy milk and sugar
Lunch: Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp
Snack: granola bar, tortilla chips and cheddar cheese
Dinner: egg salad sandwich (2 eggs, mayo, spicy mustard, cheddar cheese, whole wheat Publix bread, lettuce)

JOURNAL
After dinner I feel asleep on the couch and woke up at 9pm. I was too sleepy to do a real workout, so I watched HGTV and did a few moves.
