Day 22: 60-Day Challenge

EXERCISE

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): .5 liter

FOOD
7:45am: plain organic lowfat yogurt (about a cup), Bear Naked vanilla almond crunch granola
9:00am: coffee with powder cream and sugar
12:10pm: golden delicious apple
12:45pm: salad (chicken, blue cheese crumbles, raw walnuts, sunflower seeds, mixed greens, dried cranberries, grapes, apple)
Dinner: tuna steak, brown rice, spinach, 2 dinner rolls with butter

JOURNAL
Looking back at my April workouts makes me realize that this challenge is almost half over and I haven't been pushing myself as much as I should to do full workouts. The "saddlebag" challenge is helping. I've already lost almost an inch off both upper thighs, which brings me back to where I was when the 60-Day Challenge started (not much progress there). I haven't bothered to measure anywhere else though and will probably just wait until the 30th day to do pictures/measurements again.

I made it through yesterday without a drop of caffeine. My head was killing me. This morning I broke down and made a cup (which is way to sweet) and don't think I'll even finish it.
