9:15am: grande nonfat vanilla latte
12:15pm: two slices of thin crust veggie pizza
6:00pm: egg sandwich (1 egg, slice of sprouted wheat bread, spinach, a little cheddar cheese), whole grain tortilla chips and guac
7:45pm: a few fries and bite of hot dog with ketchup
