Feeling like a train wreck

FOOD
7:45am:
Tahiti Trim™ Plan 40® Soy Protein Shake with organic plain lowfat soy milk, 1/2 banana and fresh blueberries
9:30am: Pacific organic butternut squash soup, cup of Tazo Zen green tea
11:30am: teriyaki pork, brown rice, green beans, sweet potatoes (leftovers), a few romaine lettuce leaves
12:00pm: cup of Tazo Zen green tea
4:30pm: a little bit of the most amazing truffles ever (thanks T!)
6:45pm: crab cakes (crab, mayo, celery, onion, bread crumbs), spinach pasta with Parmesan and butter, fresh spinach

JOURNAL
I'm not sure what happened, but my neck/shoulders started really hurting last night before bed. Not to mention my TMJ has seriously been acting up recently (yawning feels like my jaw is going to pop off). When I went to bed and ended up sleeping really horribly, woke up at 2:30am to take some Excedrin and was able to go back to sleep for the rest of the night. This morning I have very limited ROM. Did PBS and brushed, which made me feel better, but if I listen to my body it says that I need a massage and some mag oil... badly.

Sorry you're feeling so horribly. You always eat such yummy, yet healthy, foods :) I salivate just reading it, lol.
