I did it!

EXERCISE

FOOD
7:00am:
Tahiti Trim™ Plan 40® Soy Protein Shake with organic plain lowfat soy milk, 1/2 banana and fresh blueberries
9:10am: coffee with cream/sugar (drank less than 1/2 8 oz cup, not so good today)
11:00am:
Pacific organic creamy butternut squash soup (about a cup)
1:00pm: teriyaki pork, brown rice, green beans, sweet potatoes (leftovers)
5:45pm: fresh blueberries, tbsp of organic peanut butter
6:30pm: chicken tenders, spinach pasta, fresh spinach, Parmesan cheese and a little butter

JOURNAL
Well, I did it. I woke up this morning to take the pup for a walk and instead of going back to sleep (as usual) I put on my work clothes, made a shake and started Tapping. I have to say, I feel so much better! Almost relieved in a way.
