August 11th

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): yes

FOOD
7:50am: 2 boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, water with lemon
9:00am: coffee with cream/sugar (drank less than half - it was decaf)
10:30am: medium golden delicious apple
2:30pm: Pacific Creamy Roasted Carrot soup (it's ok)
4:30pm: 1/2 organic PB&J on whole wheat
6:45pm: pink beans and yellow rice, garlic toast (2 slices)

JOURNAL
I just don't feel right today. Not sure if it's due to numerous bad nights of sleep or that I'm coming down with something. I'm going to bed early.
