9:00am: coffee with cream
12:30pm: Boar's Head turkey sandwich (oatmeal bread, 2 slices turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayo, spicy mustard, garlic pepper), bite of portobello burger
2:45pm: coffee with cream
7:30pm: turkey tacos
