Sickening Sweetness

EXERCISE
HD (after lunch)

SUPPLEMENTS
Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 3
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 4

FOOD
7:50am: Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with organic plain soy
9:00am: coffee with cream/sugar
1:00pm: salad (romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green olives), Perdue Short Cuts Italian Chicken, Publix Green Tea (too sweet)
2:45pm: coffee with cream/sugar, 1 truffle
6:10pm: peanut butter cookie ("bad idea", says tummy)
6:30pm: slice of Boar's Head Ovengold Turkey
7:30pm: slice of sharp cheddar cheese, a few cherry tomatoes
9:45pm: bagel with avocado, lettuce, cream cheese

JOURNAL
I took my measurements again tonight and found that I've lost 2.5 inches (1 inch waist, 0.25 inch upper right thigh, 0.5 inch upper left thigh, 0.25 inch off both calves, 0.25 right arm) and gained 1.25 inches in unimportant places (like lower right thigh and ribs) for a total loss of 1.25 inches. I should have measured right after Trainer Certs. Looking back I ended up doing 3 fulls workouts in a row last week and then again at Trainer Certs. We got super busy with regular work stuff, so I didn't get a chance to exercise as much as last year (lost a lot more last year too). I will remeasure in the morning since you aren't supposed to measure at night anyway because the body is naturally bigger. However, I have been eating dessert recently - chocolate truffles (thanks Lisa), tiramisu, chocolate cake, mini desserts, more coffee than usual, cookies, et cetra, et cetra... my stomach hurts just thinking about it. We had dessert every day at Trainer Certs. Next time I should opt to cut out the sweets for sure.
