7:50am: two boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes
9:00am: coffee with creamer/sugar
10:00am: coffee with creamer/sugar
12:45pm: Boar's Head turkey sandwich (bun, cheddar cheese, natural mayo, spicy mustard, spinach), cherry tomatoes
4:15pm: roasted cashews
6:15pm: Cheez-it Duoz (bad idea, has less than 0.5g trans fat per serving - so don't worry about it!)
7:45pm: lemon pepper pork roast, brown rice with Parmesan cheese, asparagus with garlic pepper

JOURNAL
Tough workout tonight!! I almost skipped out after Runner's Stretch, but I did it all. No DD tonight... my muscles are maxed out and I'm tired.
