7:50am: Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with organic plain soy milk
9:00am: coffee with creamer/sugar
12:05pm: Boar's Head turkey sandwich (bun, cheddar cheese, natural mayo, spicy mustard, spinach), cherry tomatoes
4:15pm: organic nectarine
5:30pm: coffee with creamer/sugar
6:55pm: a few Cheez-its (so hungry)
7:20pm: slice of CPK garlic chicken pizza with fresh spinach, 3 "buffalo" chicken wings (veggie by Morningstar), steamed broccoli

Still super busy around the office!!! I need my workout tonight.

Post workout... I'm exhausted.
