Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 4
Fibertox (1-3 caps): 1
Natural Calm (2 tsp): yes
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 4
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 6

7:50am: fried egg (in olive oil cooking spray), slice of sharp cheddar cheese, fresh spinach on slice of Ezekiel sesame toast
9:00am: coffee with cream/sugar
12:45pm: boiled egg, leftovers - teriyaki turkey, brown rice, veggies
2:15pm: slice of strawberry shortcake
4:00pm: coffee with cream/sugar
6:30pm: golden delicious apple
7:45pm: 3 turkey tacos, corn on the cob

OMG!! I love this workout. Yes, it's very form intensive. Yes, my thighs were quivering before Plies were over. It's just like being at the Retreat. I think everyone is going to LOVE it. This one is definitely a keeper! I only made it through HD (about 30 minutes), but it is an hour and 45 minutes for the entire routine.

Well... I think it should be out before the end of the year. It's a great one though! I was literally sore for 3 days after just doing the Basic Plus portion. :)
