Craving T-Tapp

EXERCISE
Basic Plus Tempo

SUPPLEMENTS
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 6

FOOD
7:50am: Kashi GoLean Crunch, 1/4 cup organic plain yogurt
9:00am: coffee with cream/sugar
10:30am: 2 boiled eggs
12:50pm: Crisper's oriental chicken salad with honey mustard dressing, Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte
2:45pm: chocolate covered strawberry
6:30pm: tortilla chips
8:10pm: slice of California Pizza Kitchen garlic chicken with fresh spinach, some tortellini with Parmesan

Yay for my first real workout since the Retreat! I woke up this morning and my body was craving a little T-Tapp. Basic Plus Tempo was a perfect fit.
