12:30pm: Muir Glen Lentil Soup
1:17pm: a few pretzels with fruit/nut dip
1:20pm: coffee with cream/sugar
5:45pm: Kind Fruit & Nut bar in yogurt
7:30pm: homemade rosemary turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas and spinach

Call me a slacker. It's been too long and I really feel it. I think I will start the Self-directed 60-Day Challenge this week and see how it goes.
I have to say that writing down what I eat makes me want to skip that bag of Skittles that's sitting 10 feet away.
