Challenge Day 8

5:50am: 1/4 cup organic lowfat plain yogurt, a few raw almonds
7:45am: 2 mini star cookies (from last night)
8:10am: two eggs scrambled, seriously sharp white cheddar, lettuce and spinach, slice of Ezekiel toast with EVOO
9:15am: Stash White Christmas tea
10:50am: Starbucks grande nonfat cinnamon dolce latte with whipped cream
1:08pm: Art Vandalay vegetarian burrito (beans, rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole), some tortilla chips
2:15pm: mint chocolate chip brownie
6:45pm: about 4 cookies (from the exchange - hey, I had to sample.)
8:50pm: whole wheat pasta with EVOO, Parmesan cheese and spinach


Shannon did such an awesome job at her certification class! When she completes her IFPA she will officially be the youngest T-Tapp Trainer ever certified. That's pretty awesome.
