Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1/2 liter
FOOD
9:50am: Kashi GoLean Crunch with cup of organic lowfat plain yogurt
12:45pm: Tijuana Flats - chicken and bean burrito, tortilla chips with queso and guac, Hi-C fruit punch
6:30pm: leftovers - Jerk Chicken Pasta, nachos and cheese, a few bites of beef burrito
10:30pm: 1 cup 2% milk with 5 ginger snap cookies

I am beat from all the activity yesterday and plan to take it easy today. Talk about getting in a good workout. My abs haven't felt like this in a while.
It's a beautiful day here in Florida! We dropped off the recycling, went out to lunch and then to the park to take the puppy for a walk and relax.
