8:40am: 3 scrambled eggs with jalapeno cheese, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with EVOO, organic coffee with organic cream/sugar
12:50pm: Bay Coast Coffee Market - 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, Greek salad, cup of some kind of sausage rice veggie soup
5:45pm: laughing cow cheese, baby carrots
6:50pm: turkey taco salad
JOURNAL
I feel good about PBS and brushing this morning. However, I did sneak in a little measure in my target areas and not very pleased with what the tape measure told me. We'll see how the inches budge with more consistency.
