JOURNAL
This was a difficult day for me. Just dealing with some car issues and stress over certain things. (Plus, it's that TOM, so I'm more emotional that usual.)
It's also the anniversary of the day I met my love! So I'm taking the night off to cook a nice dinner and spend some time with Marcel.
The dinner turned out great! We ate all of it (except a little leftover for lunch). I've never made mushrooms before... probably because I never liked them until recently. I sauteed the chopped mushrooms with onion, garlic, red wine and Worcestershire sauce. So good!
