JOURNAL
I feel much better after my workout. Some of the T-Tappers on the Forum are doing a Diva Derriere challenge. I think I'm going to join in and do my own. Tonight I did 20-15-15-15 and it burned! Hoe Downs at the end of my workout was refreshing... helps to pump out the lymph and I actually felt really strong doing it.

My March Fitness magazine came in yesterday. I really love this magazine. It's motivating and they offer some fabulous tips. Their website is great too. Right now I'm subscribed to: Fitness, Woman's Health and Elle. I'm a sucker for magazines and end up taking advantage of the cheap offers, but then have so much reading material that it just piles up. So now I'm down to 3, but I almost subscribed to the National Geographic offer that came in the mail a week ago.
My passions: health, fitness, fashion, travel, art.
