8:40am: coffee with organic cream/sugar, 1/2 banana
9:50am: coffee with organic cream/sugar, 1/2 banana, Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch with organic plain lowfat yogurt
1:15pm: baby carrots
1:45pm: whole wheat tortilla with leftover black bean 'bella burger mix, feta, green onion, spinach
6:15pm: Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch
7:45pm: grilled tuna steak, mashed red garlic potatoes (with skin, butter, lowfat sour cream, garlic), fresh spinach

Okay self... it's been 4 days since a real workout... time to get moving!
Yeah... that didn't happen tonight. I don't know what's going on. Just not making the time to exercise when I need to just do it. Now, I'm too full to workout and going to relax on the couch.
