Lazy Monday

Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD

7:50am: Spiru-tein vanilla shake with 3 strawberries, organic plain almond milk, 4 ice cubes
9:00am: coffee with organic cream/sugar
12:30pm: turkey taco lettuce wraps (turkey with taco seasoning, jalapeno cheese, lowfat organic plain yogurt, romaine lettuce)
4:30pm: whole red grapefruit
6:45pm: Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Crunch
7:30pm: whole wheat chicken quesadilla (sharp cheddar, rotisserie chicken, lowfat sour cream, garlic, jalapeno, avocado, romaine lettuce)
