Early Bird Challenge: Day 3

Brush AM: yes


Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 3
Oil Pulling (15-20 mins): 10 minutes
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 4
Water (2 liters): 1.5 liters


7:50am: Kashi Vive Cereal with 1% organic milk, 1/2 banana
8:45am: organic coffee and cream
2:05pm: Chick-fil-A - Spicy chicken sandwich on wheat with mayo, medium waffle fries, medium lemonade, side salad
7:45pm: homemade turkey chili (ground turkey, seasoning, onion, green pepper, garlic, organic crushed tomatoes, organic dark red kidney beans) with lowfat sour cream, seriously sharp cheddar and saltine crackers (about 10)
I'm starting to get used to this morning routine.

Sorry, no photo of lunch since my camera battery is dead. Normally don't eat fast food, but I was starving and Chick-fil-A was all I could think of. Should have gone with Thai take-out. Now that I ate over 1,000 calories for lunch, dinner needs to be light.
