JOURNAL
They say when you have a whiplash injury that there are good days and bad days. Today was a good day (pain level 4-5, yesterday was about a 7). Still feeling everything (neck, jaw, back, etc), but therapy BEFORE work really helped me stay relaxed and migraine-free most of the day.
It's 3rd Friday in Safety Harbor. Marcel picked me up and we drove downtown (literally 2 minutes from the office). They had lots of musicians playing music. We ran into several familiar faces and ended up hanging out with Jesse and little Ava for a few hours. It's nice to *pretend* like everything is normal and actually do something we would have done before the accident. The Rox came out too for the first time in a week. It's good for her to get out and about... plus SO many dogs out tonight!!!
Now that we're home I'm icing the neck, shoulder, tailbone and lumbar. Going to watch a movie and fall asleep.
Good night!
