SUPPLEMENTS/HEALTH
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter
FOOD
7:50am: 1/2 cup organic flax flake cereal with organic vanilla almond milk
10:00am: Smoothie King 20oz Angel Food smoothie (Note to self: Next time make it "skinny" to leave out the turbinado and honey... this was too sweet!)
12:30pm: salad (romaine, spinach, red onion, red pepper, garlic, carrot, seriously sharp cheddar), raw almonds
2:30pm: 1/2 avocado with garlic pepper
5:00pm: roasted sunflower seeds
6:45pm: cup of homemade butternut squash soup (pretty yummy)
8:30pm: black beans and brown rice (cilantro, low fat sour cream, seriously sharp cheddar)
JOURNAL
I'm working from home today. If I am coming down with something I don't want to get everyone else sick. Plus, it's nice to be able to work for a few hours, then take a nap, then work for a few hours. I need all the rest I can get!
It's a beautiful spring day here in Tampa. Clear blue sky, crisp air with a breeze and lots of sunshine. We opened all the windows to let the day inside.
Without really meaning to... today was a total vegetarian day! Pretty awesome (and good for the environment).
