Friday... finally.

Alfalfa (6 caps): yes
Cellfood (8 drops/3x): 8 drops
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1.5 liter


8:45am: organic coffee with cream/brown sugar, 2 boiled eggs
12:10pm: Boar's Head lemon pepper chicken sandwich (slice of Boar's Head white American cheese, spicy mustard and fresh spinach on Arnold's nutty whole grain), 1/2 cup organic cottage cheese
6:30pm: apple, roasted sunflower seeds
8:15pm: leftover turkey chili, saltine crackers


Oh I wish I could sleep in every day. More sleep = happier body. Pretty much feeling the same as yesterday. Have appointments this afternoon. Can't wait to start relaxing for the weekend.
