Another Gray Day



EXERCISE
30 minutes of neck resistance exercise PT

SUPPLEMENTS/HEALTH
Alfalfa (6 caps): 3
B12 Plus (6 sprays): 3
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 4
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 1 liter

FOOD
8:15am: 2 boiled eggs
9:10am: organic coffee with cream/sugar
11:00am: small organic gala apple
12:00pm: Boar's Head turkey sandwich (Arnold's nutty bread, 3 slices of turkey, 1 slice American cheese, spicy mustard, fresh spinach), Jen's chocolate chip bar
7:15pm: 3 turkey tacos
8:45pm: watermelon

JOURNAL
Appointments are today due to Memorial Day holiday at the chiropractor's office. I have my massage tomorrow, so lots of driving around this week. Yikes!

The weather has been nasty since Sunday evening. Gray skies, rain, wind... blah. Where's my sweet sunshine?

Really feeling my aches and pains today... iced/massaged my head, jaw and neck.
