Adrenplus 300 (2 caps): yes
Alfalfa (6 caps): 4
B12 Plus (6 sprays): yes
Cellfood (8 drops/3x): 16 drops
Jus: 1 oz
Pyruvyl Glycine (12 sprays): 8
Water (8 glasses, 8 ounces each): 2 liters
FOOD
8:30am: two scrambled eggs with feta cheese, small avocado, whole wheat toast with EVOO
12:55pm: Stouffer's mac n' cheese (just craving it today)
6:00pm: a handful of trail mix
6:30pm: 4 turkey tacos (ground turkey, seasoning, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, romaine, seriously sharp cheddar, lowfat organic sour cream, hard taco shells)

Okay... so I totally overloaded on carbs and fat at lunch... I mean about 280 fat cals. But hey, it's not very often that I do that.
I'm sore from the weekend. Guess I overdid it. Just relaxing tonight after my appointments this afternoon. I miss the beach already.
