I slept in a bit this morning, but woke up feeling really sore in my upper back. Time to stretch!
My horoscope for today:
Ladybug Workout kicked my butt this afternoon!!! I'm such a weakling right now. Could not do the 2nd set of Hoe Downs on the floor due to quivering muscles. Organs in Place, stretching with legs up and Half Frog Elevators were as far as I made it. Will try to do more of this workout next time.
More cleaning and tidying up the apartment today. The bathroom and kitchen are sparkling!
While my boyfriend is still at band practice I'm going to take a warm sea salt bath and dive back into New Moon. It's getting good!
It's been a restful and productive Sunday.

AquariusI like that! I love swimming, but there's no where to really "hike" around here (Florida is flat). Yoga would be nice! I've been wanting to check out some actual yoga classes for beginners. I have a yoga DVD that my mom gave me that I may try out this week.
It's time to recharge, regenerate and reconnect with your body and the earth. Go ahead and make hiking, swimming or yoga a regular part of your schedule. Once you find your center and make time to regularly rediscover it, everything else will simply fall into place.
