FOOD

7:50am: organic plain lowfat yogurt with fresh blueberries, 2 boiled eggs, hot green/white tea
11:00am: raw almonds
1:30pm: sliced fruit (pineapple, watermelon, strawberry, grapes, honeydew)
2:00pm: Kashi Sweet & Sour Chicken
6:45pm: Shrimp and Quinoa!
8:10pm: Banana Almond Dust muffin (my own creation) with a sliver of butter

I can't believe that we're already in week 29 of 2009! Can you? This year is more than half way over already. Seems like time is sailing by.
