I started my morning off right with Primary Back Stretch and body brushing. My body needed it after taking the weekend off. Today will also be a full workout day. I'm feeling a little blue for no apparent reason... thinking Step it to the Max will fit my mood well (and help to hopefully give me a boost).

Not a very exciting breakfast. I was sucked into reading a chapter of Eclipse before leaving for work.

I do have my appointments this afternoon. Thankfully, still an hour massage. My neck, jaw and upper back really need it. Plus a chiropractic adjustment. They've cut my personal training exercise though. I'm bummed about that. I really like working out with Ashlie!

So... don't know what happened, but before I knew it the night was over and it's time for bed. That's what happens in the Twilight zone. No workout for me tonight. Still feeling kind of blue and not really sure why. Strange.
