It's Monday again. What a surprise. My body wanted to sleep in this morning, but the gardeners were making a bunch of noise outside my windows.
Can't believe that it's the last day of August already. Before I know it the holidays will be here.
I did Primary Back Stretch and body brushed. Then got ready and left for my TMJ dentist. I got a new bite split today. Really hoping that it will help to stabilize my jaw and reduce the pain. TMJ is so tricky. I got a prescription for massage, ultrasound and heat too.
8:10am: 2 scrambled eggs with reduced fat feta and fresh spinach
10:00am: Starbucks grande nonfat vanilla latte
12:20pm: 4 leftover stuffed shells
Afternoon supplements:
Alfalfa: 4
Cellfood: 8 drops
Priority Women's Complete: 2
I'm feeling kind of yucky right now. It's after lunch and I'm not sure if this feeling is from the latte or my lunch. I don't do well with anything that has cooked tomato. The stuffed shells only have a little bit that I put in the bottom of the pan to prevent sticking. Amazing how a little bit still creates acidity. Desperately in need of more veggies... extra alfalfa won't hurt either.
After lunch I did 2 sets of Hoe Downs.
Doing a lot of website work today. Fun!
6:20pm: whole banana, raw almonds
7:30pm: 3 leftover stuffed shells (no egg or sauce, with spinach), salad

My stomach is killing me right now. I think I took my vitamins too late after dinner. Downing water like there's no tomorrow and heading to bed...
