T-Tapp Photo Shoot!


EXERCISE
Tempo 8 Reps (only Butterflies on arm sequence, then skipped ahead to Step Lift)
30 minutes of personal training:
  • stretches and leg extensions on the ball
  • planks (front and each side)
  • 30 crunches on BOSU® Balance Trainer (half ball)

12:30pm: whole organic pink lady apple
1:15pm: organic chicken spinach feta sausage, whole wheat angel hair with Parmesan cheese, LaCroix Orange
9:15pm: homemade stuffed pepper (green pepper stuffed with ground chicken, seasoning, garlic, red onion, carrot, spinach, organic tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, topped with seriously sharp cheddar), 3 multigrain flax crackers, Snapea Crisps, 2 glasses of Bohemian Highway merlot

JOURNAL

Appointments this afternoon and then a T-Tapp photo shoot! I'm modeling some of the apparel tonight so we can get them on the site.

The shoot went very well. I did 2 different scoop neck t-shirts and a sweatshirt. Man, my hair is SO purple!

Modeling is tough. You have no idea what it's like to hold those poses and tweak your head, chin, smile, foot or hand just a little bit. No wonder why models need T-Tapp! It helps to realign their bodies after being twisted into crazy poses.

I'll post the pictures when Dave sends them over.

I didn't get home until late, but managed to make a healthy dinner and watch a little Netflix before passing out.
