One long Saturday...

Saturday, Sunday and Monday ended up feeling like one long intertwined Saturday. I have to say that I didn't surf the net at all this weekend. Mostly spent time doing what I planned on doing... relaxing! Therefore, there was no sense of time in categorizing my days as usual.

Saturday, September 5th

I slept in... for real. Until about 11am. My meals consisted of...

Breakfast: boiled egg with sea salt, slice of whole wheat toast with all-natural peanut butter and local fall honey

And also Ginger Peach tea, which was amazing!

Lunch: slice of NY cheese pizza

Marcel and I went to Centro Ybor to see a movie called District 9. (Pretty gory sci-fi stuff.) I love Ybor in the day! Would really like to go back and do some shopping too.

Dinner: salad (romaine, spinach, red onion, red peppers, roasted sunflower seeds, seriously sharp cheddar), glass of Bohemian Highway Merlot

Water:
1 liter

Sunday, September 6th

Today was filled with friends and family!

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, red pepper and seriously sharp cheddar

For lunch Caroline came down and we stopped at Panera Bread. Yum!

Lunch: 1/2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich (all-natural pepper-mustard chicken, fresh celery, seedless grapes, almonds & special dressing; served with lettuce & tomato, on Sesame Semolina bread), Creamy Tomato Soup, French Baguette

(Panera has an online Nutrition Calculator now, which will come in handy for next time.)

It started pouring as soon as we got to Lauren's after lunch. Seriously, torrential downpour!

Snack: Sabra hummus and Stacy's pita chips

For dinner we head over to my Dad and Mary's (with puppy in tow). It was good to see them and catch up.

Dinner: grilled chicken meatball shish kabobs (meatballs, onion, peppers, pineapple), broiled asparagus and white rice

Water: 2 liters

Monday, September 7th

Today was officially the laziest of all Saturdays this weekend. I successfully did not leave the apartment... except to walk the puppy around the neighborhood.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and seriously sharp cheddar

Snack: shared a slice of pie with Marcel, glass of 2% organic milk

Lunch: salad (romaine, spinach, red onion, red peppers, roasted sunflower seeds)

Snack: organic popcorn with garlic pepper

Dinner: organic chicken feta spinach sausage, whole wheat angel hair pasta with red peppers and parmesan cheese, glass of Bohemian Highway Merlot

Dessert: shared a slice of pie with Marcel, glass of 2% organic milk

Exercise: 1 set Hoe Downs

Water: 1 liter

Things I didn't do this weekend that I really should have... T-Tapp, body brushing and supplements. My body is feeling it!

Tuesday I must get back on track... and back to the grind. So long 3 day weekend.
