Cookies for Hoe Downs


Cookie anyone?

Deal is you do 1 set of Hoe Downs for every cookie consumed. Deal!


8:20am: coffee with original Almond Breeze/sugar, egg and cheese (Cabot 50% reduced fat white cheddar) with spinach on whole wheat English muffin




Blurry and busted... but it tasted so good. :)


On my morning commute...


You should be able to see the Safety Harbor Spa beyond this point,
but the fog has taken over.


10:50am:
whole banana




Ava, Lauren's 3 year old daughter, came to trick-or-treat at the T-Tapp office today. She's so adorable!




1:15pm:
Bay Coast Coffee Market - Lobster Bisque soup, Greek salad, bread




6:45pm: 2 homemade cookies



I did 2 sets of Hoe Downs for those cookies!


8:00pm: pink beans and brown rice (with spinach, cilantro, onion, Cabot 50% reduced fat cheddar, and plain lowfat yogurt)




I also did Step it to the Max tonight... with an extended Primary Back Stretch to start. Now going to veg on the couch.
