Recipe Review: Zucchini Crab Cakes

Tonight I tried a new recipe!

My recipe mods:
  • 1 can of jumbo lump crab claw meat
  • Skipped the red pepper because I didn't have one
  • Added a little seriously sharp cheddar and fresh lemon juice

Made a big salad and baked sweet potato fries!


Next time I will make the cakes smaller and flatter with garlic mixed in. Yum.
