Whirlwind Week: Part 2


Continued...


Saturday, November 14th

I made sure to sleep in this morning until 11am. The weekends are divine!!!

Marcel made me brekkie!!!


12:00pm: 2 scrambled eggs, fresh spinach, slice of dry Ezekiel toast, 2 cups of coffee with original Almond Breeze/sugar


2 servings of veggies!


X 2!


Morning Supplements:
Alfalfa: 3 caps
Cellfood: 4 drops
Jus: 1 ounce
Priority Women's Complete Multi: 3 caps
Wobenzym: 3 tablets


After brekkie I cleaned up the apartment a bit. Then I did Maxi Max #1 Standing, body brushed and got ready for the 2nd half of my high school reunion.


3:00pm: 1/2 Cranberry Bliss Bar (can't let that deliciousness go to waste!)

5:00pm: whole organic apple




I picked up La and we headed to Clearwater Beach. The reunion was at the Palm Pavilion. Personally I'm a Frenchy's Rockaway kind of girl, but the Pavilion was cool. The band playing was really awesome and worked in a lot of Sublime for us. We met up with the same chicas we hung out with the night before and mingled a bit. Many of the people that I really hung out with in high school never showed up! I was really looking forward to seeing some of them.


6:50pm: Stoli and cranberry drink

7:30pm: baked veggie pasta, caesar salad, breadstick

I tried to drink a mojito and hang out for a while, but they didn't make it right. Overall I'd have to say their drinks are not worth it. Somehow I got stuck with $20 of the bill -- La and I split it -- but there's no way 2 crappy drinks should cost that much! Next time I'm getting my own tab.

We left the event to meet up with our friends at the new Wild Fish Nite Club. So new they don't even have a web site or any presence on the net. This place was pretty awesome, but the music choice wasn't really my scene. More of an upscale type of place with a slightly older dressed up crowd.



I ordered a Cosmo martini and we relaxed on the patio and talked with out besties.

I headed home after drinking 2 huge glasses of lemon water. My head was pounding.

On the way home I stopped to pick up water, pizza and also got some chocolate covered almonds.


11:30pm: about 10 dark chocolate covered almonds







Not very bad for you... just sweet, fatty and delicious.


12:00am: 4 slices of Digorno pepperoni pizza with lots of spinach, 1 Miller High Life


2 more servings of veggies! I just keep piling it on the slices.





We watched more of Ugly Betty and then went to bed...



Sunday, November 15th

This morning Roxy let me sleep until 10am. :)

10:30am: Green Monster


4 servings of veggies!
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup original Almond Breeze
  • 1 Tbsp organic flax
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of cayenne pepper

I read online somewhere that you can use cayenne pepper in smoothies, so I tried it today. WOW! That adds kick to the green monster. Here's a great site that lists all the benefits of cayenne pepper. Who knew it was this amazing?

These are the benefits I really like...

  • Aids in assimilation and elimination
And it does much, much more!!!

12:00pm: bowl of Fruit Loops and original Almond Breeze




After that sugary bowl of cereal I did Basic Plus Tempo and body brushed. Then I went to the grocery to pick up some food for this week. Our Publix is changing locations and the shelves were bare. I couldn't buy everything that I needed. Oh well. Will have to make another trip later this week.


3:30pm: bowl of leftover chili with jalapenos, lite sour cream and seriously sharp cheddar with saltine crackers

For dinner we met some friends at Arigatos Japanese Steakhouse. It was SO good, but I was stuffed and still had a full plate at the end of the meal.


7:00pm: glass of house merlot



8:00pm: soup, salad and combo dish with extra veggies, chicken, shrimp, scallops and goodie goodie sauce
