Christmas Eve with Family

For dinner we met my Dad and Mary (stepmother) at John and Lisa's house in Tarpon Springs. They are the one's with that monster of a boat I went out on this summer.

I brought my Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and cards to give away as gifts. Everyone loved them!

I think it's amazing that I have this extended family so close to spend time with. We all get along so well and have a fun time together.

We had the most amazing lasagna and spinach salad for dinner! The lasagna was from Positano's in Palm Harbor. It was to die for! I will definitely go out to eat at that restaurant sometime.

I had the veggie lasagna with spinach salad and slice of bread. Also, had a Blue Moon and a glass or two of a Pinot Noir.

For dessert Mary and Sami (my stepsister) made upside down pineapple rum cake. Delish!

I also had a bite of this homemade toffee.

We took some lasagna home and heated a little up for a late night snack. This was the meat lasagna, which was also fabulous!

I also had one of the cookies from the office cookie exchange. Not sure what this one was, but it was super yummy.
